Yes — as long as you're physically located in a state that allows Remote Online Notarization (RON) at the time of your appointment. I’m commissioned in New York, which permits RON, but if your state doesn’t, I legally can’t notarize your documents remotely. If you're not sure about your state, just ask — I’ll gladly check for you.

For remote notarization, you need a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms include a U.S. driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID.

Most online notarizations take 15–20 minutes. Complex documents or additional signers may require more time.

If your document requires witnesses, I can coordinate remote witnesses for an additional fee. Please let me know in advance so I can arrange everything.

Yes. Uploading your completed (but unsigned) document before your session helps speed things up.
