By using this website and booking services with Alexia Signature Solutions, you agree to the following terms. Our services include remote online notarization, apostille coordination, and certified Spanish ↔ English document translation. All services are provided remotely and are available nationwide. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and once services are completed, fees are non-refundable. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed or late appointments may require rebooking.

Clients must provide accurate and legible documents. For notarization services, a valid, unexpired photo ID is required from each signer. Please note, we do not offer legal advice and are not attorneys. All documents and client information are kept confidential and secure. While we make every effort to deliver services promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party agencies or shipping services. Use of our site and services implies acceptance of these terms.
